Development of the web page was given to The Hobby Line! Internet (954) 895-INET (4638) at www.hobbyline.com. The owner of Hobby Line and web designer is none other than FLPD retiree Mike Dippel. Mike has done a GREAT job developing the site. This site will enable our members and the visiting public to learn more about the Fraternal Order of Police, its history and service to the community. The web site will also enable the FOP to quickly disseminate information to our membership as well as providing a copy of the current Collective bargaining Agreement and Schedule of Benefits for your FOP Health Plan. Barbara Stanley, Benefits Manager of the Health Insurance Plan will provide a FAQ page as well as any other health insurance updates or information. A Member's Only page will be available for important information regarding collective bargaining issues and other confidential information relating to your membership. The Member's Only section is password protected for your security. Do not give your password to anyone!!! One of the most important sections of your site is the Memorial section. Here we have our own Heroes Roll Call. This site is in memory of our fallen brothers and sisters from the Fort Lauderdale Police Department who have made the supreme sacrifice protecting and serving the citizens of Fort Lauderdale. Links to the State of Florida Memorial in Tallahassee and the National Law Enforcement Memorial in Washington, D.C. are also included.
