Section 1.
The Union agrees that the
City may conduct organizational climate surveys of members in the
bargaining unit. The purpose of such surveys is to improve the
organizational culture and climate of the various work units and to assist
management in providing a more positive work environment for employees.
Section 2.
Prior to survey activity,
the City agrees to meet and confer with the Union to discuss survey
content.
